An ancient and sacred Siddhapeetha Kali temple situated on the banks of the Haridhoa River in Chinishpur, Narsingdi. Established around 250 years ago by saint Dwija Ramprasad, the complex houses a 400-year-old historic Banyan tree with a Panchamundi Aasan, a Shiva temple, and a pond associated with divine miracles of Maa Kali.

About
History
According to 'Dhakar Itihas' by Jatindramohan Roy, saint Dwija Ramprasad (elder brother of Maharaja Ramkrishna Roy of Natore) established this temple after attaining divine enlightenment (Siddhi) under a Banyan tree using the 'Chin Krama' tantric ritual on Vaishakhi Amavasya. Later, Dewan Ramkrishna Roy of indigo planter James Wise built a permanent structure. During the British rule, freedom fighter Maharaj Trailokyanath Chakraborty trained revolutionaries in martial arts under this Banyan tree.

Located 2.5 km from Narsingdi Sadar (rickshaw/easybike fare 40-70 BDT). Alternatively, it is just 1 km west from Velanagar Bus Stand or Jailkhana More.
