About
History
The temple was established in the first half of the 20th century through the patronage of the Rai Bahadur family and local Hindu devotees in the Patharghata area [Inference]. Originally starting as a family shrine, it gradually evolved into a community Kali temple. After suffering damage during the 19 liberation war of 1971, it was restored and rebuilt by local priests and the management committee.
How to get there
Can be easily reached by rickshaw or CNG auto-rickshaw via Iqbal Road near Fishery Ghat from any major point in Chattogram city.
