A historic Kali temple with nearly 500 years of heritage located in Ulpur Union of Gopalganj Sadar. Rebuilt in 2022 with ornate architectural design, the temple complex also houses shrines for Lord Shiva and Goddess Durga, alongside a paved traditional pond ghat.

History
Originally founded in the 16th century by Raghunandan Basu Roy Chowdhury, a prominent local zamindar and descendant of Dasharath Basu Roy Chowdhury. After centuries in a single-story structure, it was reconstructed in 2022 by his descendant Mrinal Kanti Roy Chowdhury with intricate architecture costing around 30 million BDT.
How to get there
Around 13 km north of Gopalganj town along the Tekerhat route to Ulpur Bus Stand. From there, reachable within minutes via auto-rickshaw or rickshaw along High School Road.
