Shri Shri Shachiangan Dham, a pilgrimage site steeped in the memory of Shachimata and Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, is located in Jaypur of Bahubal Upazila, Habiganj. In the Dham's own description, Jaypur is identified as the birthplace of Shachi Devi and the residence of her father, Nilambar Chakravarti. The practice of child worship in the mother’s womb is a distinctive feature of this pilgrimage. Religious ceremonies centered on namakirtan and various puja festivals take place here.

About
History
According to the description of the great namabrat brahmachari published on Dhamer's own website, on 4 March 1983 he came to Jaipur with devotees. After witnessing the child Nimayee's bigraha in the lap of Shachimatar, he highlighted the connection of the place with local tradition and laid the foundation for building the temple. A committee was formed to initiate and manage the construction of the temple with the donation and cooperation of local devotees.
